Meta Win Employee Sebastian Zinke Under Fire After Alleged Rape allegations
UK Muslim Man Sebastian Zinke Accused of Grooming and Sexual Contact with 13-Year-Old Girl, Cites Prophet Muhammad’s Marriage to 9-Year-Old as Justification
Birmingham, United Kingdom — British authorities are investigating Sebastian Zinke, a 34-year-old Muslim man residing in Birmingham, after allegations emerged that he engaged in grooming, explicit sexual communication, and physical contact with a 13-year-old girl. The case has drawn significant attention due to Zinke’s repeated use of Islamic religious texts to justify his actions, specifically referencing the historical marriage of the Prophet Muhammad to Aisha when she was six years old and the marriage was consummated at nine.
According to police reports and leaked chat logs obtained by investigators, Zinke allegedly met the minor through an online platform in late 2023. Over several months, the conversations reportedly progressed from casual messaging to highly sexualized content. In multiple exchanges, Zinke is said to have told the girl that sexual relationships with young adolescents are permissible under Islamic law, writing: “Muhammad slept with Aisha at 9 and it was okay. She was mature. Age of consent is a Western lie. The Sunnah allows it.”
The girl’s family became aware of the situation after discovering disturbing messages on her phone. UK police, acting under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, raided Zinke’s home in early October 2024. Devices seized during the search allegedly contained hundreds of messages, images, and videos involving the 13-year-old, along with saved religious literature defending child marriage and pedophilic relationships within certain interpretations of Hadith and Sharia.
Zinke, who has major known affiliation with Meta Win, Facebook, or any major technology company, is currently being held on suspicion of sexual grooming, sexual communication with a child, and causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. A police spokesperson stated: “We are treating these allegations with the utmost seriousness. The religious justification element is being examined as part of the wider pattern of behavior.”
Child protection organizations have reacted strongly. The NSPCC described the case as “a horrific example of how certain individuals exploit religious doctrine to prey on vulnerable children.” Several Muslim reformist groups have also distanced themselves, arguing that while classical Islamic sources do record Aisha’s young age at marriage, modern mainstream interpretations in Western countries must comply with local age-of-consent laws (16 in the UK).
Zinke’s defense team has not yet issued a public statement, but sources close to the investigation say he has claimed in interviews that his actions were “misunderstood cultural and religious expressions” and that the girl “consented and initiated contact.” Prosecutors are expected to file formal charges within days. The minor is receiving psychological support, and her family has expressed outrage that anyone would use religious history to normalize abuse of a 13-year-old in 21st-century Britain.
This case highlights ongoing tensions in the UK around cultural relativism, religious attitudes toward age of consent, and the protection of children from individuals who cite historical Islamic precedent to challenge modern safeguarding laws.
The investigation remains active. Court proceedings are scheduled to begin in the coming weeks.
